Job Description

Presley Consulting is working with its good client, a multinational high end travel agent in Indoneia, who is looking for Travel Operation & Procurement Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Controlling and managing the travel related operations and services to the clients along their travel
- Controlling all functions within the internal company and external (travel suppliers) to achieve their operation goal for any travel assignment given and be responsible of the travel process until its completion
- Providing effective ways methods to increase company’s business and productivity
- Achieving the business goal of the company
- Handling travel complaints and feedback from client and taking appropriate steps to rectify and improve
- Coordinating and working along with other employees in providing customer oriented services to the clients to meet all of their travel requirements
- Working together with finance team and other related form of services to give comfort travel for clients.
- Lead the negotiating with suppliers to improve margin and ensuring contracts are up to date
- Organize database suppliers and manage travel inventory
- Providing expertise and ideas for designing itineraries and executive various new travel package
- Sourcing products and destinations to meet consumer demands for great travel and sustainable tourism
- Controlling and managing the very critical implementation and maintenance of the software systems
- Increase personal knowledge and expertise in local issues, appropriate technology, and future trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Having minimum 5 years experience in travel business
- Understand hotel rates and travel distribution system
- Middle level management experience with proven sales track record
- Strong leadership background and great communication skills
- Problem solving and analytical thinking ability, must know how to handle problems quickly and efficiently
- High ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines
- Fluency in English is preferable
