Job Description

Presley Consulting is working with its good client, a multinational high end travel agent in Indoneia, who is looking for Marketing & Customer Relationship Manager


- Oversees the crucial job of creating a demand for the company’s product/service in the market which will generate a rise in the company’s sales and in turn, provide the necessary revenue (and profit) needed to keep the organization running whilst managing the process to ensure that the needs of customers are being satisfied and promote this idea throughout the company.
- Analysis statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service (internal and external)
- Writing quarterly reports and analyzing the customer service that company provides to make improvement
- Producing bi-annual reports about competitor’s products and services
- Developing customer service procedures, policies and standards for company
- Developing feedback or complaints procedures to be used by customers
- Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service
- Held regular training for all staff to deliver a high standard of customer service in all part of the business process
- Increase personal knowledge and expertise in local issues, appropriate technology, and future trends
- Assist in the analysis of customer trends to enhance sales and service management process and pre-requirements
- Preparing and managing marketing plans and budgets

Marketing Head
- Monitoring and analysing market trends including studying competitor’s products and services
- Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them
- Develop innovative strategies using creative methodology in order to attract potential customers to the company/business
- Surveys and research, the needs of customer which will be used as based in creating a well targeted campaign
- Increase company’s customer base
- Managing the production of promotional material including: company profile, products brochures, website content, etc
- Promoting and marketing the business to relevant markets (both internally & externally)
- Travelling and managing customer trade shows, conferences and sales meetings

Customer Relationship Management
- Manage customer arrivals to maximize relationship building opportunities
- Handling face-to-face enquiries from VIP customers
- Investigating and solving customer’s problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been received on behalf of the company
- Issuing refunds or compensations to customers
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
- Managing customer database into order and structure including managing data protection of customers preference
- Managing company point system and coordinating with relevant stakeholders and partners in providing content of interest to the customers and providing the necessary promotion items and education



- Bachelor degree preferred
- Background in public relation
- Having minimum 5 year experience in hotel or travel business
- Middle level management experience with proven sales track record
- Strong leadership background and great communication skills
- Problem solving and analytical thinking ability, must know how to handle problems quickly and efficiently
- High ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines
- Fluency in English is a must
