Job Description

Presley Consulting is currently working with its good clients, a multinational high end travel agent in Indonesia, who is looking for the position of Leisure Travel Sales: Family & Celebration Manager

Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining and growing the leisure travel sales market segment for the company.

Management
- Conduct research on customer’s family and celebration travel habits and preferences this includes: analyzing customers buying power, travel dates/duration and competitors offering
- Monitor travel production sales target
- Prepare account performance reports quarterly and annually, conduct semi annual account review meetings with account representatives (B2B)
- Implement marketing initiatives as outlined in the marketing plan for appropriate accounts
- Maintain regular communication with all special corporate/ preferred corporate accounts and send quarterly production reports to relevant parties including MD
- Plan and coordinate sales initiative and activities for national and regional transient accounts, if applicable
- Set and negotiate, with direction from executive committee (MD,GM,FD,MCRM), all rates for wholesale, special corporate/preferred corporate accounts, locally and volume negotiated accounts

Leisure Travel Sales
- Increase family, honeymoon and anniversary leisure clients base and ensure repeat business through exceptional relationship-building, negotiating and management of top-accounts
- Grow the Business-to-Business market segment through acquisition of new accounts (tour operators, wedding organizers, A+ schools, associations, corporate accounts)
- Respond to customer inquiries and request for pricing
- Plan for and execute inside/outside calls and client entertainment with Corporate Travel Managers, Travel Agents and other intermediaries
- Host and direct on-property Travel Partner FAMs/Sites/Educational Training
- Support and work on Family & Celebration Leisure Travel promotions with Revenue (Finance) and Marketing Team
- Quarterly travel required per marketing plan with focus to increase Family & Celebration Leisure Travel Sales
- Be self motivated, team-oriented, ambitious and driven for sales success
- Execute additional projects as assigned by Managing Director

Customer Relationship Manager
-Manage customer arrivals to maximize relationship building opportunities
- Handling face to face enquiries from VIP customers of Celebration & Family Leisure Travelers
- Investing and solving customers problems which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been received on behalf of the company
- Issuing refunds or compensation to customers
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
- Managing customer database into order and structure including managing data protection of customer preference


Requirements:

- Bachelor degree preferred
- Having minimum 5 years experience background in secretarial or wedding organizer industry
- Strong leadership background and great communication skills
- Problem solving and analytical thinking ability, must know how to handle problems quickly and efficiently
- High ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines
- Having a good connection to tour operators, wedding organizers, A+ school, associations, and corporate accounts will be advantage
- Fluency in English is a must
- Mandarin Speaker is preferable
