Export-Import Document or LC Staff

Job Description

Presley Consulting is currently working with a multinational mining company, who is offering a great opportunity to join their team as an Export / Import Document or Letter of Credit (LC) Staff.

 

Responsibilities:

- Prepare import and export documents and related documentation.
- Insure regulatory requirements and proper documentation, including transit documents and customs clearances, exists for shipments.
- Establish and maintain all necessary procedures to assure a clean, properly organized, safe and healthy environment for all personnel.
- Verify shipping invoices for accuracy, calculated values of duties and tariffs due on transported goods.
- Collaborate with Marketing team in the process of export and import of business.

 

Requirements:

- Minimum 20 years old.
- Possess Bachelor’s Degree from any field.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in a procurement / export work.
- Good proficiency in English.
- Must be able to check documents in accordance to Letter of Credit (LC).
- Have background and good knowledge in export import procedure, Letter of Credit (LC), custom clearance, freight forwarder, and PPJK (Perusahaan Pengurusan Jasa Kepabeanan) is an advantage.
- Strong administration skills and excellent computer skills.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
