Presley Consulting is recruiting behalf on respected client, a real estate / property development, who is offer an opportunity to join with their team as Sales Manager (Property/Developer)

Responsibilities:

• Manage all the spectrum of activities in sales department (coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional staff and activities)
• Coach and direct the sales team to ensure sales target achieved
• Deep knowledge in sales strategy and market environment
• Determine and manage the marketing and sales budget
• Responsible for overseeing all marketing efforts associated with residential area
• Maintaining up-to-date awareness of on-going marketing trends
• Review and implement strategic marketing plans for a designated portfolio
• Create and monitor the marketing budget, sales target achievement
• Develop revenue management program

Requirements:

• Male / Female, Max. 40 Years Old
• University Graduate
Excellent in marketing property knowledge, especially in  Bekasi   /  Tangerang area
• At least 5 years experience in Sales Division in property industry
• Proven  track record in creating trade plan to increase sales plan
• Experience in managing  sales people
• Energetic, good communication and interpersonal skill
• Full-Time positions available
