Job Description

Presley Consulting is currently working with its respected client, a very well-known and the most visited fashion website in South East Asia, who is looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their company.


Job Descriptions:

- Maintaining call distribution system by configuring the telephone PBX/switchboard to automatically distribute calls uniformly among customer service representatives

- Managing a team of customer services staff.

- Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service your organisation is providing.

- Studying and standardizing procedures to improve efficiency of the call centre.

- Maintaining great work atmosphere among workers and monitoring productivitity of customer service representatives.

- Determining work procedures, preparing work schedules, and expediting workflow.

- Setting plans and targets to ensure that all set services agreements are met.

- Training, influencing, and motivating the team to achieve high standards of telecommunication skills.

- Reporting work to Managing Director of Operations.


Job Requirements:

- Possess customer service managerial experience in well-known e-commerce, telecommunication, bank, and insurance are highly preferable.

Proven experience of delivering high quality services in a customer focused environment.

- Clear understanding of how to lead and manage a team.

- Have at least six years of experience in contact management.

Have ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

- Have understanding of mathematical concepts that can be applied to the call centre operation, including frequency distribution, sampling theory and factor analysis.

- Have high energy, drive, and enthusiasm.

- Good attention to details.

- Have experience as a trainer is a plus.
