Presley Consulting is currently recruiting on behalf with its respected client, a manufacturer pump company who is looking for a potential candidate to join their team as Human Resources Manager, to be located in Intirub

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that attract and retain employees whose competencies, motivation and values match the requirements and culture of Company
• Partner with Line Manager to do the job analysis by translating the business needs into position requirements.
• Ensuring and activating the appropriate channels for the right hire by provide a broad yet targeted approach to fill the open position most efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure that stakeholders’ are satisfied with the recruitment process, to gain feedback to improve process quality, effectiveness and performance.
• Recruiting Process Quality - Number of qualified candidates on the short list per open position & Acceptance rate on final written offers (contracts)
• Proactively identify, facilitate and contribute to solve organizational & people challenges
• Drive the annual Organization Review to identify and discuss people opportunities and challenges and their impact on business strategy and plans, and vice versa.
• Coaching and sparring of senior managers and management teams
• Achieve optimal balance between company and employee interests to ensure we are able to attract and retain the right people.
• Securing a “professional” execution of C&B
• Ensure communication of C&B proposal to relevant stakeholders for them to execute based on the approved frame and within the given strategies, policies and guidelines



• Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related filed
• Background in multi-national manufacturing company is strongly recommended
• At least 5 years working experiences in HR Management Position
• Having  knowledge in Compensation  and Benefit, Training Development, KPIs, People Organizational Development, General  Affairs & Administration, 
• Experience in coaching and developing  managers  in making  them feel motivated  and inspired
• Excellence communication, presentation and  negotiating skills, both spoken and written in English and Indonesia
