Job Description

Presley's good client, is world's leading food processing and packaging solutions company. Currently they are looking a project manager position to be based in Jakarta. The requirements as below :

Project Manager

Responsibilities:

- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end

- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders

- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents

- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholdersin a timely and clear fashion

- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis

- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals

- Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary

- Report to Board of Directors (European Expats)

The requirements :

- Bachelor or Master of Mechanical / Industrial Engineering

- Experiences working and handle project above USD 1 Million

- Great communication skill

- Advance in English and Indonesia

- Good knowledge in customer relationship / customer management and food production

- Strong character and good in managing people
