HR Manager and PA to Managing Director

Job Description

URGENTLY NEEDED. Presley Consulting is currently recruiting on behalf of our respected client, one of the world’s biggest multinational company that produces distilled beverages (wine and spirits), who are in need of a professional to join their team as HR Manager and PA to MD.

Requirements (Skills):
1. Male / Female, 27-35 years old
2. Minimum 3 years as the HR Manager
3. Possess a diploma in Secretarial or General Studies or its equivalent
4. Having vast knowledge of local labor regulations
5. Well organized; able to manage multiple tasks and priorities accordingly
6. Ability to work independently
7. Excellent comprehension and analytical skills
8. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
9. Computer literate (Especially Windows application software) and ability to learn new program if necessary
10. MUST be fluent in written and spoken English

Key Responsibilities:
HR Management:
1. Implement and review HR plan in line with HR strategy to fulfill the needs for respective business expansion
2. Maintain, develop, and modify HR policies in meeting business needs
3. Assist Regional Manager / Director in management of Human Resources and administration
4. Specialty in Training & Development management, Recruitment and Staffing management and also in Compensation & Benefit management.
5. Monitor and analyze staff morale, timely find problems and solve problems
6. Administer employee benefits including Health / Life coverage insurance & claim and Government related manpower issue such as BPJS
7. Administer & liase for the work license & housing for (any) expatriate employee

Personal Assistant:
1. Perform all PA functions such as; draft & preparation of letters, distribute outgoing/incoming letter/correspondence, filing, reception for incoming call and messages, plan and organize meeting / conference (coordination and follow up) and etc.
2.  Administer all forms to be used internally such as: post materials form, leave MC form, etc.
3. Handle and administer all travel arrangement and accommodation
4. Assist in development and preparation of presentation materials, graphic, etc.

1. Lead coordinator for all CSR planning and activation within the business unit – including implementation of global campaign.
