Job Description

Presley Consulting is currently representing its client, a multinational coal mining company, looking for Mine Operation Manager.

The job duties and requirements are below

Job duties:

- Develop and execute short and long term strategies to support growth of the operation

- Lead execution of strategies in mining site

- Manage of following departments : Health and Safety, Environment, and Site operation

- Report to General manager for all activities in site

The Requirements:

- Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in mining

- 10 years experiences in managerial role

- Minimum 5 years experiences in coal mining

- Has depth knowlegde and techinical skill on mine planning, HSE, geology, financial management

- Certified as KTT is an advantage

- Strong leadership skill

- Great communication skill

- Problem solving, HR management, Negotiation skill
