Job Description

Our a multinational coal mining client, currently opening position for Human Resource Manager. This position will be based in Jakarta yet will heavily travel to sites.

Job description:

- Manage, plan , and control employee staffing (man power, recruitment and placement process)

- Manage, plan and control organization development and compensation and benefit

- Review all budgeting and administration

- Review and recommend HR System (Hays, Mercer, etc)

- Manage and control the implementation of General Affair system

- Final review upon all General Affair with supporting document

- Plan and manage all industrial relation, insurances and supply chain management

The requirement:

- Min Bachelor Degree of management or psychology from reputable university

- 5 years experiences in same industry or field

- Expert in man power plan, recruiting, organization development and industrial relation

- Great communication skill

- Strong team leadership skill

- Willing to heavy travel
