Job Description

Presley Consulting currently engaged with our multinational client, a reputable general insurance company, who is looking for a competent candidate for the position of Marketing Director.

- Provide the planning and leadership to the Marketing Department by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed in order to meet and exceed the goals of the marketing plan
- Develops and manages marketing operating budgets.
Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
- Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
- Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management.
- Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
- Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control marketing programs.
- Assists other departments within organization to follow -marketing plan.
- Manage day to day activities of marketing
- Development and implementation of the Brand strategy.
- Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products
- Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team.
- Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organization.
- Analyze of competitive environment and consumer trends



- Bachelors Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business preferred with an experience with progressive managerial responsiblities.
- Minimum of five years experiences in general insurance
- Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles.
- A demonstrated ability to learn and leverage customer and market dynamics.
- Confident, driven and dynamic leader.
- Demonstrated in-depth sales and marketing techniques and financial principles.
- Effective ability to communicate english orally or in written form effectively with co-management, internal and external customers.
