Job Description

Presley Consulting is currently working  with its good client, a reputable glass manufacturer, who is looking for the position of Branch Manager.


Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing a business operation that increases sales, profitability, market share, and customer and employee satisfaction
- Directing, coordinating and monitoring all sales, branch operation and personnel development activities.
- Assess local market conditions, identify current and prospective sales opportunities and develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans for the branch
- Direct all operational aspects of the branch to include distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in a manner that supports reaching the profitability goals.
- Provide training, coaching, development and motivation to bring out the best in each distribution team member
- Take on the responsibility for evaluation of all employees
- Recommend any good changes in the policies and goals of the branch and the organization
- Assist CEO in developing branch and organizational objectives, and also in making policies and budgets
- Handling and managing human resource matters within the branch
- Communicate effectively with other branches by sharing information, business opportunities and needs
-Ensure the safekeeping of company assets, including structures, equipment, inventory and cash
Evaluate regularly the effectiveness of the branch operation
-Achieve the profitability goals/objectives of the branch and organization
-Increase personal knowledge and expertise in business, appropriate technology, etc.

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years experience in managerial level
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking ability
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards
- Effective communication (verbal and written), and negotiating skills
- Strong leadership, motivation and managerial skills
- Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities
- Team player who works productively with wide range of people
- Proven history of profit and loss management to maximize financial performance
- Experience developing and implementing business plans and goals
- Fluent in English
- Mandarin speaker is preferable
